Ordered a pizza crunch and got a fried pizza instead fish was horrible will not be ordering for a while

When the food was delivered it was at best luke warm. I ordered what I thought was a special fish supper but on checking my order it said I had ordered a single fish. But, when You normally order a single fish you get a fish with no chips. So, I was confused If I had ordered a single fish surely there would have been no chips!! Anyway, I had to reheat my dinner in the microwave to eat it as It wasn't warm enough to eat. Poor start. The fish it's self wasn't the biggest piece of fish I've had but, what there was was good tasting fish. And the order arrived earlier than was stated on the website when I ordered it. A bonus. No sure how hot it would have been if it had arrived when it was suppose to.

Ordered off the online service, received our meal to find out the meal was incorrect, called the establishment only to be told that the offer shouldn’t have been on the Internet and basically was told by a very ubrupt woman tough. I won’t be back as their attitude is horrendous, clearly in their line of work the customer is not always right.

Delivered to wrong address, upstairs flat. Collected from upstairs and tasted like it had been delivered late, was cold and i cluded salad which I had declined

Really friendly people and tasty food

In the Note section I asked for the "Brown Sauce to be in a tub, Not on the food". Both orders were covered in Brown Sauce. The Single Special Fish was saturated - Not edible. Wasted the special Valentines night

Chicken in batter supper and a single jumbo haggis ordered. Everything cooked fresh and tasted great - batter was lovely and crispy. I had the chicken and although the haggis for my wife was a single, they added a handful of chips - haggis tasted great also - perfectly spiced for my taste. Ordering online was straightforward and efficient and staff were very attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Asked for salt sauce and vinager on my chips and sent it with nothing I even asked for it on the notes section so went in the bucket

Usually very good , however the batter on the fried food was a bit greasy and not crispy enough, staff are amazing

Fabulous service, quality and quantity

Slight hiccup with the pizza, but sorted very quickly and as usual it tasted excellent, as I hear the special fish did too!! It is Great to have a local Fish & Chips (+) place that has Great Food and Genuinely friendly staff to greet and cook the food for it's customers - Thanks
